Combined the Assessment Day and Final Interview in one single day. Assessment Day was 30 minutes including numerical testing and the ability to write an email. Final interview included questions like standard stuff such as "What do you know about this job?"

Interview
After a brief phone interview (10-15 mins), I was invited to a face-to-face interview. This took place at their office in London, and was conducted by a partner and a member of HR staff. They were both very friendly, and really tried to make me feel comfortable. Not intimidating at all. The interview started with a brief presentation (~5 mins), introducing myself, for which they had asked me to prepare for in advance. This was followed by a few personality/compatability based questions, and also a few competency/client-based questions.
