I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SRP Group (Mumbai) in Oct 2025
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews conducted directly by the directors (father and son). The environment felt intimidating and uncomfortable. Personal questions were asked that felt irrelevant to the job, and the tone often came across as mocking or dismissive, especially regarding past salary or work experience.
The interviews seemed less about assessing skills and more about testing how much pressure or difficult behaviour a candidate can tolerate. After this, candidates are asked to come for 2–4 days of trial work. Based on my experience and what I observed, those who appear willing to quietly tolerate a high-pressure and unpredictable environment are more likely to be selected.

Question 1
Overall, the questions did not feel professional or job-related, and the tone suggested more of a test of tolerance than a genuine assessment of skills or experience.
