Interview
Brief phone screen with the HR rep. Then came onsite for a panel interview with the hiring manager, outgoing principal engineer, and two other engineering managers. The entire process went smooth. Everyone on the panel was very kind and relaxed. Not very stressful experience.

Pretty straightforward questions: 1) a time you had to make a decision with little information, 2) when you weren't getting along with a coworker, 3) how your resume meets the job description. How much you know about the technical field you are applying to.
