I was contacted by Carly Stiltz to set up an interview via text. Gave my availability, we agreed she would call me after 330pm as I had other interviews that morning. Waited till 6pm. Dead air. This was on a Friday, Monday I sent a email inquiring as to why she never called me back or answered. Called the main office and she was "unavailable." Again with the dead air. So of course I look up her profile, then it dawned on me she had offered me a lowball salary for a demanding position years prior in the airport. (The position had a clause you could have a 24 hour shift if the terminal had people stranded at the airport, for 40k a year on salary forget it) I was told the offer was not a negotiation and it was the only one I would ever receive from her if it was turned down. True to her word years later she would rather ghost someone who knows what they are worth than having to have the professionalism to just send a rejection letter.
