There are different interview techniques to adopt and the style used at SSP is reflective of our culture which is informal. We appreciate this style may not suit everybody but we aim for this to suit those that would enjoy the SSP environment and hope it allows us to get to really know the candidates and their suitability for the role. We will ensure the recruiting managers are aware of your feedback and we will also aim to ensure that interviewers are present for the whole of the interview period. The team in which you were interviewing for has just had a significant amount of investment which resulted in a number of roles being available, which is why some of the people you were meeting were new to SSP. In addition we have made significant investment in our technology including an exciting new partnership with AWS. Our telephone briefing should cover all requirements for the role including on call. However as a result of your feedback we will now ensure we include this in adverts for the future.
