Easy and simple process. I think interview is mostly a personality check to see if youre a likeable person. They cater to more high end brands so they might also be takin in account your look and vibe to match you with clientele.

Easy, Applied to the inquiry on their website and was then invited to in person. Group interview initially, then broken into one-on-ones. Interview was quick and lasted about 20 mins. Cheery attitudes help.
