The first two rounds were fine. Then they gave me three business days to complete an assignment involving a self-guided training developed with a very technical training software (Articulate Storyline), a job aid, and an instructor led presentation. It took me about 25 hours to complete. They then ghosted me for over a month and a half, and rejected me with no feedback, while indicating they were going to start their search over. I know the job market is rough right now. But if you see this job, don't even waste your time applying, because the hiring manager will only continue to waste your time even more. The recruiter was lovely to work with though.
