STIC Soft Solutions interview questions

It was chill. Basic questions from Finance and accounts and forecasting were asked in interview. Preference was given To commerce graduates. Selection process included Screening and an an online Interview.

A total of 6 rounds 1 -> Call with HR 2 -> An aptitude and coding test for 3 hours with easy questions for both ends. None of them had leetcode styled questions 3 -> Interview with Manager discussing about myself and experiences building projects since I was an undergrad student 4 -> Technical interview based on Flutter since my work was primarily in Flutter 5 -> Senior Engineering Manager interview. Asked me a few puzzles but I do not remember them, 6 -> Final call with Hiring manager for negotiations and stuff. Overall experience was really amazing. And they did not mind if I was not able to answer a few questions. They were understanding and kind throughout.
