L'azienda ricerca neolaureati proattivamente tramite i career service universitari (anche se poi la recruiter non lo sapeva in fase di colloquio e pensava li avessi inizialmente contattati io) e offrono salari di partenza competitivi per neolaureati (Ingegneria) senza esperienza pregressa.

Straightforward and not too technical. Aligns on expectations of job scope. One manager was involved in interviewing instead of arranged three. Interviewer checked through resume against the candidate during interview
