STP Investment Services interview questions

The interview process comprised two technical rounds followed by an HR round, all of which went smoothly. I had the opportunity to work as a Senior Developer, and both the offshore and onshore teams were highly collaborative and supportive. However, during times of crisis, the organization's reliability and support structure proved to be lacking.

Had 4 total interviews. First with hr, second with vp of operations, third with head of client service, forth with head of global operations. Made it all the way to the final round of interviews and told me they would make a decision on Monday, no response on Monday. So Tuesday morning a reached out for a follow up and they said decision would be on Friday. Then on Friday I received an automated generic email (at 5 pm) I did not get the position. Everything was personal until the rejection email. Since the rejection email the position has been reposted twice
