Interview
I am an entrepreneur with nearly a decade of successful business ownership and an MBA. The position I applied for was an entry level Analyst role that required little to no experience and a Bachelor's degree. I was contacted for a phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Standard questions - experience, why you'd be a good fit, etc. The guy who interviewed me was not the brightest and the other end was incredibly noisy. I was emailed around a week later and told I would not be a good fit and they were pursuing other candidates. They suggested I look into an "Account Manager" position which is basically a customer service position that would not even require a GED to do - what a joke! Completely insulting and obviously not a bright company. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to take their career seriously.
Seemed disorganized with little communication between employees. Was long and took about a month to completion. Very nice people, just didn't seem to flow very well. Very laid back atmosphere with casual employees and management.

Interview
I spoke to the recruiter, who spent about 15-20 minutes asking me me about my career, and then left plenty of time for me to ask questions about the role. I was then scheduled to meet with the hiring manager. They had me out for a total of two in-person interviews before offering me the job.
