They make you go through a 5 step interview with the CEO, a consultant, Sales, and another department while no one is able to communicate with each other. They all ask the same question and then want to bring someone into the interview in the middle of it to ask the same question. They will then rush the process as they say the hiring is urgent but no one see it except the CEO. They will also ask for a 30,60,90 day action plan and then will not be interested in the process as they want someone to do what they want rather than what they need to hear
