Interview
The interview was not technical— more personality based questions. The interview did have some “brain games” type of questions. While I applied for technical internship program, I specifically was interviewing with the testing team.
Panel of 3 interviewers who are a part of the team. They asked questions about knowledge about data structures, OOP, inheritance, and APIs. My role was for a java position, so it was very language specific
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SWIFT (Manassas, VA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Phone call with HR recruiter for basic screening. Make sure you qualify the basic requirements or they will not move you for an interview at all. Recruiter was very nice and welcoming.

Interview with a hiring manager and 2 employees over the phone, questions about work experience and interests, and experience working with agile. Also talked about activities interns partake in while working at SWIFT.
