The recruiter was friendly and polite, but there were some communication difficulties as English did not appear to be their strongest language. The interview focused mainly on my previous experience and background, with limited technical discussion. A few days later, I received a rejection email without any specific feedback. More transparency regarding the evaluation process would improve the candidate experience.
