Interview
The talent aquisition officer contacted me, we had an informal discussion and I was given background on the company and the role, salary expectations were discussed and I was informed that I'm through to the next round of interviews with the head of the department. The interview was very informal - they wanted to get to know me and no so much my qualifications etc
Very smooth and fast interview process. Had 3 interview instances over 4 weeks and then I received an offer. Overall, I would say the process was well driven, I was in constant communication with Recruiting.
Communications with HR went well however they never gave me any feedback after interview took place and gave me two opportunities to have interviews with different roles. Very bad planning from there side and a lack of communication
