I went through multiple interview stages with Saaf Finance, starting with an automated screening interview consisting of three recorded questions. That was followed by one-on-one conversations with each co-founder, and then an hour-long live case interview focused on the problem space the company is addressing. The next stated step was an in-person meeting with the founders.
While the interviews themselves were thoughtful and the problem space was interesting, the overall experience fell apart at the end. After completing several rounds, I was ultimately ghosted with no feedback or closure despite multiple follow-ups, and the role remained open for months afterward.
I wouldn’t recommend interviewing here unless expectations around communication and follow-up are clarified upfront.
