I have applied online and few days later I had phone interview with HR recruiter. I have been asked many 'HR' questions about my current positions: why do I want to leave my job, what is my responsibility etc.. few fays later I had interview with the same recruiter, she was very polite and honest. At this interview she checked and asked me every detail that was in my CV. she really tried to understand if im appropriate for this job. I had exam at SQL I feel sorry that I didn't do better...
