I applied to safebase in September 2024 and was invited to a preliminary screening round in mid-October. While the initial interview was rescheduled due to the teams availability, the followup meeting was also rescheduled. I of course abliged as this is a company I was really excited about. After submitting my updated availability, I never heard back from anyone. After multiple follow-ups I received a response asking if I was available to meet the following day, and to my surprise I was ghosted again. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of communication and professionalism from a company.
