Introductory call with Head of Talent, video interview with Director of Claims, video interview with Outside Counsel, in-person meeting at the Safelease office for final discussions and meeting their team.

Interview
• It took 6 back and forth emails to schedule the initial interview; they have no streamlined process for this.
• For the 3rd interview (and in person), they did not validate my parking as mentioned in the invite; I was stuck with the $20 parking bill.
• In the 3rd interview, I asked how I could showcase my abilities for the role, but the interviewer did not have an answer and was unsure.
• When I inquired about the company's strategic vision and long-term goals, I was told that they solely focus on quarterly goals without any plan expanding past that.
• When asked if the C-Suite was open to ideas and feedback, the question was dodged and left unanswered.
• The responsibilities of the job description discussed during the 1st and 2nd interviews, were not the same as the 3rd interview.
• When asked what KPIs would be measured for success in this role, the interviewer said KPIs don’t matter in the first 3 months.
