Terrible interview process. They offered different roles to entice people into the role of sales. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend it at all to anyone. Avoid at all costs . . .
Was quick and straight forward. Manager was straight to the point and i liked that. Told me how it is in reality, the difficulties and challenges, and how much money was on the table

Interview
The initial process is speaking to someone from HR. The second process is group interview and finally you speak to a branch manager. At each stage you will be asked the same questions about sales experience and they will warn you that some people make no money and others make a lot.
