There were two initial phone interviews, and then a 3 hour interview all done virtually. A few days after that I had another interview virtually. It was another quick phone call with HR to check in and what my opinion was on how everything went. I then sent in my references and had a background check. The whole process happened very quickly.

There was an initial phone screening by HR. Once you passed the screening you move onto the 3-hour interview with a panel of managers one by one. The most repeated questions asked were about how you stay organized and how you stay on top of changing regulations.
