Very long and at times it felt condescending and disingenuous. Based on conversations in the interview, I began to have concerns with how employees are treated/respected. I felt like the leadership who interviewed me belonged to the “good ole boys” club and it would appear form how they communicated with me, only their ideas and opinions matter. To develop these types of reservations during just one interview, I decided this company would not fit my values. Additionally, after reading reviews from previous employees, it would appear my initial impression(s) were accurate.
