I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sahab Pardaz in Oct 2021

The interviewer was asking about java and java libraries. The job title (Site Reliability Engineer) was completely wrong. The actual job was not about a "Site/Service" nor "Reliability". I asked about projects they was doing. They was about system programming (kernel, socket, network and drivers).
