Interview
I was initially contacted by a HR department after posting my resume to a job board. After speaking with that HR Department and researching additional information on the company, I became really excited and wanted to join Target's innovative team as a Senior Programmer. The process that I have been through at this point has included: Screening Phone Interview, Behavioral-Based 1:1 Phone Interview, IQ Test, Personality Test, Skills Test, and a Group Screening Behavioral-Based Interview Process that consisted of 2 separate interviews , each with two Target Employees (e.g. managers, HR staff, etc.). I also took a tour of the MIS Department in which I hope to start a career and viewed a brief presentation on the company. I feel confident in my responses to the questions I answered and I was very friendly and upbeat when interacting with everyone, but I am still very nervous being unsure of how I was perceived and how long it will take to find out whether or not I will receive an offer.
