I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied online, selected for 1-1 interview in store. Went through a few standard questions such as holiday, overtime, and uniform then was asked a few competency based questions. Hadn't heard for a couple of weeks as manager on holiday but recieved a phone call and email confirming I was successful and my hours/initial shift pattern.
Applied via the careers website, selected for interview the week after, job offered the next day. Interview process was easy going and informal, questions asked about experience and availability and current job responsibilities
