Salad and Go interview questions

There was two rounds of interview after the initial phone screen. It was a pleasant and smooth process. I was truly impressed by how delightful the entire experience was. I encourage everyone who interview with the company to be open and honest and see if you are a good fit for each other.

It is a 3 step interview process with a backend review. You have to talk to a recruiter and 2 different district managers. They then go back and talk behind your back with their boss and decide if you’re good enough for them.
