The first step is a written test of 30 minutes. It is a descriptive examination with a combination of theoretical and practical knowledge. The second step is manager round where questions will be on your past experience and knowledge. The level of questions is between moderate to very difficult. I personally feel that interviewer was becoming happier and making fun of me when I was not able to answer. I was at their office for 3 hours and within these 3 hours I noticed one thing and that working environment is not very good of this organisation.
