I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SalesOptimize (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2021
Interview
Do not waste your time, the CEO writes the reviews herself, I suspect. Read through and look how every single review talks about her. And yet I was stupid enough to go for an interview despite knowing people who warned me about her.
Besides the xenophobic comments, that really do not need any explanation, she is rude, disrespectful and altogether not a pleasant person.
I went through several interview steps and I was convinced I wanted the job until the very last one. She walked in for the last 5 minutes and insulted me, the country I am from and my character, despite not knowing me at all. Everyone else in the room was visibly embarrassed and uncomfortable.
I knew something was wrong the moment I was told they were forced to get back to the office in the month of April 2021. She needs to micromanage and she needs to play the god and to do so they had to be in the office despite the pandemic.
Stay away from this place, save yourself the bother.

Nothing relevant whatsoever came out from the CEO’s mouth.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SalesOptimize in Jan 2021
Interview
Friendly interview but unfortunately didn’t give a very good impression of the working environment. It seems UX is new to them, could be a good opportunity for someone else.

Question 1
Asked to redesign a page from their current sales system.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SalesOptimize (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a call from a recruiter and went through the role. Simon (Sales Manager), then called me and discussed my background and motivations. I was then brought in to discuss face 2 face and then went into a role play, where I was tasked with calling a new prospect and conducting a needs analysis and bringing them through to demo stage.

Question 1
All experience-based questions. Nothing that would throw you off. My advice is to prepare for the role play when given the opportunity before the call. Write down the questions you want to ask and ensure you understand why you are asking them and what you what to achieve from the questions and overall call.
