An in-house recruiter and a hiring manager review submitted resumes. There are several rounds of interviews at Salesloft. Round 1: Recruiter interview and an assessment test. Round 2: Hiring manager interview. Round 3: 3 parts - Portfolio review, design exercise, Topgrade, optional senior leader interview.
