You first interview with the store manager, then the Dm and once she gives the okay, they call you and they extend tou and offer and you're brought back to fill out the paper work and then the training begins !

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.
