The interview process was a complete waste of time and energy. It became apparent that the salary for this role was low, so I agreed to do this salary, but only on a part time basis. They fed me false promises of flexibility and work proposals. They then asked me to complete a creative task as part of the next stage apparently in order to get higher ups to approve this proposal. This task involved excessive amounts of work, design mockups and a brand presentation. They then requested amendments to my task to 'perfect it'. They then downloaded my response to their task and then proceeded to try to ghost me. At this stage they had misled me and got my marketing ideas and designs for free. I believe that this is their internal tactic to get creative ideas off candidates for free, pretending it's part of their recruitment procedure. I confronted them and they quite evidently didn't like being confronted. In the end I had to ask them to delete all my work. I would suggest avoiding these people at all costs as their behaviour indicates that they're taking advantage of creatives and vulnerable job seekers.
