The whole process can be long. When you get to this point, many people get nervous because there is a committee of 4-5 people talking to you. This is actually not as bad as it seems. You are there because you are the top of the list. They are all there because they care about the children. After I was hired, I got to know all the people on my panel. They are all wonderful people.
