Interview
The interview process was smooth and efficient, with a welcoming HR team. It included two rounds—one on system architecture and another on real-time design—focusing on practical engineering challenges rather than just coding problems. Both were with the team leader, one on Zoom and one in office.

Question 1
Event driven architecture, the pros and cons, and how the design will look like with known products
Started with a short discussion with the HR representative.
Completed a 1.5-hour architecture interview, where I described a feature I developed and explained its design.
Although I wasn’t the right fit for the first position, I was invited to repeat the architecture interview with another team (also 1.5 hours).

Interview
The interview process consists of several steps:
Architecture Interview – A discussion about a product you helped implement, focusing on its architecture and the challenges you faced.
Home Assignment – A task to complete on your own time.
Interview with the Relevant Director – A conversation with the director overseeing the role.
HR Interview – A meeting with the HR team to discuss fit and next steps.
The process moved quickly, and everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome.
