Some basic questions being asked such as what makes you want to do sales, how to you build pipeline and push deals etc. Not so much into the territory strategy. Second round with the CEO. The founder was late for more than 30 minutes, and without apologies, she was looking at her phone 80% of the time I was talking. The questions she asked could easily be found on my CV. I've been through so many interview processes in my career and have never seen a C level ignored the candidate like this.
