I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sambreel
Interview
There was a phone screen, and then one in-person interview with 6 people at the same time! interview was a bit scary as there was no warning there would be a panel. The longest part of the process was once they had decided, we negotiated a bit and also there was back and forth about my actual title.
Phone screen with HR, phone interview with QA "manager". The chat with the "manager" began very cordially, not a highly technical interview. Near the end of the conversation, he was trying to entertain someone that walked into his office and began mocking my responses. I could hear the two giggling between questions.

Question 1
None, very few actual job related questions. The "manager" seemed more interested in hiring more buddies than an actual qualified candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sambreel (Carlsbad, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Overall, the interview process was super quick. I applied on Thursday and had a verdict by the following Tuesday. Phone screen Friday, another phone screen with the hiring managers Monday, and face-to-face interview the following Monday. Typical interview questions, but they definitely want to makes sure you will fit in with their amazing corporate culture. I met with the HR hiring managers and a member of the C-Suite.

Question 1
Pretty typical questions such as: Why are looking to change jobs, what do you love about your job, what are your weaknesses, what do you think will be the most challenging part of the job, etc. Make sure you do your research on the company (they are so great why wouldn't you?).
