Amazing interview process. Samsara has set a great standard on how corporate hiring should take place. The HRs were very well connected and coordinated well throughout the interview process. Any changes that were to happen was communicated well in advance. Their applicant tracking portal is one of the best aspects of the whole hiring process. The hiring process lasted about 3 weeks after which I was offered the position at Samsara. Total of 5 rounds. 1 HR screening, 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and 1 director round.
