Their recruiter initially reached out to me first, had some phone screens and w/e. Spent significant time preparing for the coding part of the onsite interview they informed me of, only for them to not have a laptop for me to code on the day of the interview, so they skipped that part. They called me back 4 days later and said they were looking for people with higher technical aptitude. Don't take the process seriously, they clearly don't either. Also an additional check minus for making me drive to your office only to interview with someone over zoom.
