The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara
Interview
Applied online, was reached out to. Talked to the recruiter and then the hiring manager. Was brought onsite. I wasn’t impressed with the head of the department as he asked me twice how I found this opportunity within the interview and didn’t really dive into my relevant skills. One of the interviewers also stole my pen. I was then asked for references and upon asking for more information about where I was in the process, I was rejected.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara in Sept 2025
Interview
My interview process began with a conversation with the recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, had 3 interviews with a panel, conducted a 30 minute presentation with the hiring manager and a peer, and then had an interview with the VP.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara (Bengaluru)
Interview
The whole interview process is extremely unstructured. Each individual interviewers had no understanding of what role/skills they are hiring for. Some of the managers took the interview, visibly lacks human part of working together - a clear sign of toxicity within the company. A sense of lack of problems they are trying to solve - they are only keen on expanding in Bangalore to take advantage of low cost workforce.
Samsara aims to provide a great candidate experience, so we are disappointed to hear we missed this opportunity with you. Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback. We are working with our hiring teams to ensure this is improved.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Samsara (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was scheduled after about 6 weeks of applying online. It included a total of 6 rounds from recruiters, hiring manager to Senior Leader. The panel prefers responses to their questions in STAR framework and everyone was super friendly and nice which is something that I loved.
