Interview
I had an initial call with a recruiter and then the first interview with one of the sales managers. To be fully transparent, I thought I could've done better in the interview with the sales manager but I was hopeful to move forward. Instead I got an automatic reply saying that they aren't moving me forward in the process from their onboarding software, and nobody has responded giving me any feedback when asked. It's a pretty disappointing way to handle that in my opinion for a company that has otherwise great reviews on culture.
I first spoke with a recruiter for the screening process, which took about 25 minutes. She was late, but was very nice and provided tips on what they're looking for. She sent a lot of follow up information to prep for the next interview round. I then met with the hiring manager who did a deeper dive into numbers and expectations.
5 rounds in total, 1 with HR, 1 with a Sales Manager, then 3 in 1 day: Manager, Director and another Director. Very low acceptance rate. Must demonstrate growth mindset, specific deal metrics, and a natural drive.
