It was okay, seemed very professional. Very stupid reason to screen me out: I was told that I was not as qualified as others after 2 rounds of interviews. Overall disappointing.

1st round: 30 minute phone screen with recruiter. 2nd round: 1 hour technical round with developer. 3rd round: multi round virtual on-site. I did not make it this far in the interview process. The first round was straightforward, as a conversation with the recruiter about past experience, the role and expectations for compensation. The technical round was incredibly disappointing. The "study aide" documents that Samsara and the recruiter provided, explicitly state that this round is not one thay relies on trivia, algorithms and will be a discussion about code in the domain you're applying for. They even say not to study since it won't be necessary. The interview ended up being the interviewer asking me 2 questions about my experience and silently watching me fumble through a LC Medium on CoderPad.
