I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Great communication. Seamless process. Overall left a positive impression. I appreciated the opportunity even though I did not get the job. very nice people (met about 6 different people.) Made it to final round and did not pass the final interview with the exec of that team. The hiring manager called me directly to explain they were not moving forward which I respected. I would consider reapplying for other roles in the future.

Question 1
This was a few years back but I remember being asked about my experience, interaction with customers and how I've been able to drive business impact
I spoke with the manager I believe. It didn’t feel like a true interview. She seemed distracted and scatter brained. She kept stepping away because there was a family member close by who needed her attention

Tell me about yourself and what roles you recruit for
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara (Bengaluru) in Jun 2024
Interview
Smooth interview process with continuous support from the recruiter (even though she was based in US). Multiple rounds focusing on different topics related to the job. All the interviewers were very polite.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Samsara (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Initial Application and Phone Screen with the Corporate Recruiter. I had a positive interview experience and discussion with my recruiting partner. They were well prepared and had their line of questioning ready to go, not your cookie cutter questions either which I enjoyed. There was enough time for a few questions and delivered feedback very quickly, positive experience all around.
