Good in-depth interview process meeting with multiple levels of management and individual contributors at each stage of the process.
Some really awesome people on the front end in recruitment. Was not even considering a move until reached out to proactively.

I've never heard back from the company after a long recruiting process. I would have appreciated to have some feedback and response so I could move forward. Also not sure how it is appropriate to ask the sexual orientation to job applicants.

Was honestly horrible. The guy I spoke to was not asking questions related to my background or how it relates to the position at Samsara. Lastly, told me he would like to pass me on and to expect an email back in a few days. Never heard from him again and even sent an email to follow up. Still nothing.

The interview process from start to finish moved very quickly, and smoothly. The recruiting team, and interviewers were very willing to accommodate my schedule. I really appreciated this as it made carving out time for the interview very easy.
