Intro call with a recruiter and then a call with the hiring manager. They then require that you create an entire product requirements doc for updating one of their products. Imagine if they asked a designer to make a bunch of ads for their products for free? Crazy, right? So why is it OK to ask for hours of free labor from prospective product managers? Especially when the ask is specific to their product lines? Only interview here if you are desperate. If they don't respect your time during the interview, they won't respect it when you are working for them.

Good and positive experience. Walking thru the process was very useful. Initial screening focus based on the experience one had. And feedback provided as a follow up. Enough time was provided to the candidate to answer the questions and ask any clarifications or follow up queries.

Extensive process involving many rounds - recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, take-home case, interview loop/panel with live case and behavioral, and then exec call. The exec I spoke with was not prepared for the interview and the call itself felt very disorganized. In my experience, the only interview that truly mattered was the exec call -- the rest of the rounds, case study, etc are a lot of time and effort for very little return, no matter how well you perform.
