The interview process was extremely well executed with constant feedback and communication between the recruiter and myself. They were able to provide very insightful feedback and advice through the multiple interviews with other members of the team and even helped with preparing! Overall I could not conceive of a better process.

Interview
Relatively straightforward but a few odd points. 5 interviews including the first pre-screen. I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn who encouraged me to apply, which was then rejected the same day. They said their peer "made a mistake".
Seems odd to encourage a candidate to apply only to reject them later saying "how competitive it was". As much as I appreciate the sentiment of a rejection call, just send an email. A rejection call hurt so much worse, especially since I was excited for the opportunity and thought I had done well.
