4 interviews within 3 weeks. Quite sympathetic people but really they have to ask a list of questions and nothing more. I received a generic mail telling me that it was negative. no explanation attached. I feel I lost my time with them.

The whole interview process was not bad in terms of structure and flow. However, I strongly feel the hiring team doesn’t have a clear idea of exactly what kind of candidate they are looking for. The interviews dragged on for multiple rounds, and it ultimately felt like a huge waste of time for candidates who invested a lot of effort preparing and going through the whole process.
