I really thought the process I underwent was indicative of the culture at the SF Ballet. There was consistent and timely communication, and the passion carried by employees was evident with each step. I ultimately decided to withdraw my application due to additional opportunities, but I'll always consider the SF Ballet's open positions!

Question 1
Asked about returning to in-person work after COVID; would I be willing to work odd hours?
I applied online. I interviewed at San Francisco Ballet (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Hiring manager was very engaging before the interview and communication was excellent.
Phone interview was easy. I was told it was just to get to know me and I could ask any questions I wanted. My salary expectations were discussed over the phone. In person interview was intimidating. Four different interviews with different teams in the same day.
During one of the interviews it seemed as if the interviewer decided they did not think I was worth the time to continue, asked me if I had any questions, then got up and left after speaking to me for about 5 minutes.
Post interview there was no follow up. I contacted the hiring department via email and phone. Never received a reply. Shocking since they were so attentive before the interview.
