I've been a part of the Sacramento PD for some time before coming over to the bay, and having done more than a dozen interviews myself I figured this should be a straightforward process.I was wrong.You spend most of your time doing inane tasks and hurdles while the interviewing officers haze you to a degree that it's almost reportable to IA. Communication is non-existant, even if you reach out first and are proactive.If you have a burning passion to be a cop, I encourage you to go somewhere else.
