Sanctuary Clothing interview questions

It was SUPER casual. I was interviewed by a designer and it was basically small talk the whole time. I was asked to do a project which consisted of filling out specs on a sample tech pack and sending it in. Overall the process took about one week and I was given an offer, I asked for more and they increased the offer very little.
