Sanctuary Graduates interview questions

After applying, they invited me to an interview. I wasn't able to attend, and I told them well in advance that I wasn't able to make the interview date and asked to reschedule. they didn't get back to me until a week after the interview dates where they said that they are moving forward with another candidate, slap in the face 1. a week after being rejected they sent an automated email rejecting me from the job (again) and their reason being, my interview wasn't good (even though I didn't have an interview) another slap in the face. To further add salt to the wound, they gave interview tips in the email (the very basic and obvious STAR method to answering questions). Overall, I think this company doesn't care about their potential employees and employees; if they're disrespectful in the interviewing process, how are they on a day-to-day basis.
