1st the call you for telephonic conversation for screening purpose. Then technical interview over the call. After you cleared the technical round, an in person interview will be scheduled. After that HR round,
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SandRiver Technologies (Pune) in Aug 2014
Interview
The most pathetic interview experience. They conduct written test for experienced professionals. And after clearing all rounds including written test and interviews they expect that we should negotiate on salary that is less than our current CTC. With low salary they also expect us to sign a bond with them for a period of 3 years. Totally small start-up, very unprofessional behaviour.
